If you do not see your insurance listed, there is a possibility you are out-of-network.   Please contact your insurance to verify coverage and ask if you have out-of-network coverage.  Out-of-Network coverage means you can see a provider that does not accept your insurance, pay for the visit, and then submit your claim yourself to possibly be reimbursed by your insurance.  There is a web-based application that can assist you in getting your claim reimbursed.  It is called Reimbursify.  Click the icon below to get more information.
